DOUBLE BATCH OFF
PLATFORM
PAPER JOINTING
- This Machine is used to join paper with rest of the Plant while it is running
- Ensures Angular cutting of paper
ACCUMULATOR
- The Accumulator machine permits continuous production while the batch is being changed.
- This machine has a capacity of up 80 meters of fabric
- This machine is designed to accommodate engraved rollers in the range of 150 to 225 mm diameter.
- This machine has a gap setting arrangement to ensure embossing of the fabric in an expanded form.
COATING HEAD
- It is a knife over roller system.
- The Coating head is designed to coat P.V.C paste/ Pu solution paper on fabric in various coating weights suitable for coating of fabrics in a wide range of coating weights with consistency.
- The coating head has “Micro- Gap Adjustment” feature which permits a uniform coating.
- It has quick pneumatic lifting for joins in the fabric
- The coating head has lateral side-checks that ensure the paste is limited within the desires width of the fabric.
- The Coating Head has a Comer Knife which is CAM operated for precision and Micro settings
- The machine is fit with a Compensator which absorbs variations in tensions on the line which avoids tears and tensions on the paper line.
COOLING UNIT
- This Machine is two different configurations that is Open or Jacketed constructions.
The Cooling Drums are offered in Stainless Steel as well as Hardened Chromed Steel constructions
LAMINATOR
- LaminatorThe Laminating machine is designed to feed the larger machine with fabrics with different and irregular dimensions such as Knitted, Woven, Non- Woven, Cotton and Synthetic Fabrics.

- This machine is designed to accommodate engraved rollers in the range of 150 to 225 mm diameter.

- The Pneumatic Cutter is used to edge trim the product according to the required width

- This is an Arch Type Chamber.
- Bush Bearing are fitted for Paper guiding.
- The Chambers have Uniform Air Velocity for Uniform Foaming.
- Fitted with Invertor control for both Exhaust and Blowers.
- The Chamber maintains Uniform Temperature Gradient across the entire width.
- The Chambers are 4 ‘’ Inches thick and are Insulated with 100 Density Mineral wool to prevent loss of temperature to improve efficiency.

Paper Batch off
- This machine is designed for unwinding of the release paper and it maintains and controlled the tension across the length of the machine
- The machine has positive driven loop roller system that ensures uniform feeding of the paper.
- It is designed to have a batch of up to 700 mm
Paper Batch on
- This machine comes equipped with a Hydro-pneumatic system for edge -to- edge winding of the release paper.
- Designed to have a single batch of up to 700 mm
- The machine is equipped with Torque Controlled Drives which permits the winding process under a specific and constant speed and tension.
Double Product Batch on
- This machine is designed to ensure easy and wrinkle free winding of the finished product
- The machine is equipped with Torque Controlled Drives which permits the winding process under a specific and constant speed and tension.
- The Double Product Winder permits the change of batch while line is still running.
- This machine is designed to have a batch of up to 1000 mm.
MIXER and GRINDER
Planetary Mixture
- This is a versatile Kneader- Mixer which can be used for Stirring, Mixing and Kneading Viscous liquids or pastes into a homogeneous consistency.
- This machine ensures Evacuation of air pockets, Homogenizing and Dispensing agglomerates in the mixture.
- The Kneader Mixer is an excellent machine for preparing Paints, Lacquer, Printing Inks and Plastic compounds.
TRIPLE ROLL GRINDING MACHINE
- This is an all-purpose, Heavy Duty Triple Roller Mill which has an exceptional performance in processing highly viscous Paste based products (Paste and Paint) in Medium and Small batches.
PAPER INSPECTION
